1. System design preparation
1.1 Principles of system design
Under normal circumstances, the design of a standard community intelligent information system should meet the following principles:

In the system design, it is necessary to consider the full sharing of information resources, but also the protection and isolation of information. Therefore, the system should take different measures for different applications and different communication environments, including system security mechanisms and data storage. Access control, etc.;
(6) Scalability and easy maintenance
In order to adapt to the changing requirements of the system, the simplest method and the lowest investment must be fully considered. To achieve system expansion and maintenance.

2. System design
According to the key points and technical guidelines for the construction of the weak current system in the National Comfortable Housing Demonstration Community, and combined with the actual project of the intelligent information system of the standard community, the following takes a medium-sized standard community as an example to introduce the basic functions of the system design.
2.1 Park perimeter protection system
In the closed community, a perimeter anti-overstep alarm system should be established, and infrared detectors should be installed along the perimeter of the fence in the community. The concrete realization is to fortify the perimeter in a comprehensive way. Among them, the detector requires strong resistance to adverse weather and environmental interference. The division of defense areas should be suitable for accurate positioning when alarming. The alarm center must have audible and visual alarm prompts. The alarm area can be identified through the alarm simulation Display. When the detection or alarm device is destroyed, removed or the line is cut off, the monitoring center should be able to receive the alarm signal in time, enter the alarm state of the alarm center at the same time, and record the alarm time. Its system structure is shown as in Fig. 1.
When designing the perimeter protection system equipment of the park, a combination of CAN bus and RS485 bus standards can be used to replace the traditional split loop mode (which can be networked with future development projects). In this way, all functions and parameters are Programmable settings and free modification. At the same time, the RS232 interface can be used to directly connect to the printer or computer for management. In addition, the system should also support the main communication format, and can be programmed by local keyboard or remote computer to achieve one-to-one and multiple pairs 1. 2.2 Video surveillance system
The video monitoring system is to set up front-end cameras for the main entrances and exits of the standard community intelligent information system, the elevator front hall, the main entrance and exit of the park, and other important areas (main roads in the park) to transmit the image and video signals to the management center. The management center should be able to perform real-time and effective video detection, transmission, display and recording of the entire community, and should have alarm and image review functions so that the center management personnel can fully understand the dynamics of the community. Figure 2 shows the structure diagram of the intelligent monitoring system.
The video monitoring system can monitor the main entrances and exits of the community, the elevator front hall, the main roads of the park, the main entrances and exits, and other important areas. When designing, the central monitoring system should adopt multimedia video display technology, and the management center shall perform unified control, management and image recording.
In the main technical equipment of the system, the voltage input range of the matrix control host and keyboard is AC220V. The host can be controlled and switched through the main control keyboard, and the monitoring points can be displayed cyclically, and it also supports expansion;
The second is the TV wall. In the center, 8 42-inch LCD monitors can be used to switch the display to display the images transmitted by the front-end camera. Any one of the 8 monitors can be displayed on multiple screens (up to 32 screens). The color monitor can accept NTSC and PAL system input, and can automatically recognize;
The hard disk video recorder in the system should support MPEG-4 hardware compression, the recording resolution is 352×288 (cif), the display resolution is 704×576, and it supports PLA standard, 25 frames/channel/sec real-time recording, CCIR625 line. At the same time, there must be 16 channels (400F/S), audio, network transmission, PTZ and two-way intercom, and the alarm can be up to 64 in and 32 out. The hard disk video recorder should be able to build 8 hard disks, and it is required to meet the requirements of 24 hours recording of all cameras, and its data can be stored for 30 days. The output of the hard disk video recorder must provide at least two interfaces, BNC and VGA.
2.3 Electronic Patrol System
The security patrol management system is to formulate patrol routes for security personnel in various areas and important parts of the community, and install patrol points. The security patrol personnel holding the patrol recorder need to arrive at the patrol point and record according to the designated route and time, and at the same time transmit the recorded information to the management center. The management personnel can read and print the work status of each security patrol personnel to strengthen the management of the security personnel, so as to realize the combination of civil defense and technical defense. This system requires the use of a discrete non-contact electronic patrol system. The main functional requirements are: one is to be able to set and modify the patrol route; the second is to be able to patrol important parts of the community and the patrol points on the patrol route; the third is that the center can check and print the patrol personnel’s information Time in place and working conditions; in addition, the system should also be able to record and prompt patrol violations.
The data collector in this system should adopt super strong metal inner tank, and cast elastic rubber shell, fill with flexible silicone pad inside, and cure the device with epoxy. And to achieve the following characteristics: prevent damage, completely waterproof, automatic sensing, wireless transmission, ultra-low power consumption. Exquisite and lightweight. In this design, the patrol route set up for the park is mainly based on the direction of the road in the community.
2.4 Networking video intercom system
The video intercom system is to install anti-theft doors and intercom devices at the entrance of each unit to realize the visual intercom between visitors and residents. This time the unit intercom host chooses a color video machine, and the extension is also used in addition to the duplex second floor. The embedded color extension with information release, and the two-layer duplex adopts the embedded black and white extension with information release. The system is composed of: visual indoor extension + visual door host + central management machine. In addition, the networked video intercom system should have sufficient networking capacity; the visual extension should have an information release function; at the same time, it must be able to realize the voice and image transmission of residents and visitors; through the indoor extension, the electromagnetic lock of the anti-theft door can be opened remotely ; The host at the door must be able to use the password and key to open the anti-theft door lock.
2.5 Home security system
The home security system is to ensure the personal and property safety of the residents in the house. Through the installation of various detectors on the doors and windows of the house and other parts of the room for day and night monitoring. When an alarm is monitored, it can be transmitted to the alarm receiving computer of the management center through the alarm host in the house. This design adopts an alarm system completely independent of the intercom system. The home security system is composed of front-end detectors, alarm host, signal transmission, and alarm center. Such a system composition can make the detector’s defense arrangement reasonable and effective: the detector’s control range, sensitivity, and stability meet national regulations, and the installation is concealed, and does not affect the residents’ living environment; in addition, the emergency button should be set to ensure that the residents’ homes It’s not easy for children to touch, and the emergency button needs to be on guard 24 hours a day. At the same time, there must be a way to receive the alarm by telephone.
2.6 Intelligent wiring box
Intelligent wiring box can be used to solve problems from outdoor to desktop to realize the four modernizations of the family (home automation, communication automation, control and management automation, entertainment automation). The panel of the distribution box can be made of white engineering plastic, which can ensure the strength of use, and is easy to coordinate with the color of the wall in the family: the bottom can be cold-rolled steel plate, and there are knock-out holes of different specifications around, which can be easily accessed and threaded Tube. There is a hollow mounting plate that can be turned around the left end in the wiring box. The module is installed on the mounting plate. All wiring ports are facing the inside of the box to make the interface beautiful and maximize the space in the box to accommodate more cables. cable. 3. Concluding remarks
This paper studies a standardized, efficient, and practical intelligent information system building mode of the standard community. At present, this model has been successfully applied to a standard community in Qingdao. With the continuous development of science and technology, new design concepts and design intentions will inevitably be closer to people’s lives, and modern science and technology will be used to flourish people’s material civilization needs.
