Therefore, when considering the use of the G00 instruction, it should be considered in a comprehensive manner and should not be arbitrary. In CNC machining, special attention should also be paid to enhancing the retrieval and commissioning of the program. After the program is input to the control system, the operator should use the SCH key and the ↑, ↓, ←, → move keys to make uncertainties and determine the search, and if necessary, modify the program to ensure the accuracy of the program. At the same time, before the formal execution of the program processing, the program must be tested (turn on the amplifier) to confirm whether the processing route is consistent with the design route. The above are some common problems and solutions for the use of large-scale cnc processing equipment.
